Vacancy details:
Require person who has recently completed a recognised B.Com Financial Accounting degree who would like to do SAIPA Articles – a 3-year learnership programme at a Chartered Accountant Firm.
Requirements:
- B.Com Financial Accounting degree
- Experience with Pastel and/or Draftworx will be an advantage
- Must have own transport
- Non-smoker preferable
- Bilingual Afrikaans / English
- Budgets (experience advantageous)
- Payroll & Easyfile (experience advantageous)
- Secretarial experience i.e. CIPC (experience advantageous)
- E-filing (experience advantageous
Duties:
- Yearend closing journals on client’s file and/or at client
- VAT calculations and returns on E-filing
- VAT reconciliations
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Payroll – weekly & monthly payrolls incl. submissions of EMP201
- UIF-UI19’s and monthly UIF emails
- WCA submissions & reports
- Easyfile reconciliations and submissions
- Income tax calculations for companies, Trusts and individuals
- Company secretarial work (CIPC)
- Assistance with secretarial task/work as required
- VAT, PAYE, UIF & WCA registrations
- Assistance on audits
- Budgets
- SARS visits
- All competencies/tasks required by SAIPA to complete the SAIPA articles
- Ad Hoc / assistance with internal tasks / internal admin
Salary:
Market related with travel re-imbursements
